Due to the nature of our selling as an Outlet Store with drastically reduced prices, when we do not have an item in stock in the USA, some or part of your order purchased from is shipped from different cities in the USA or even other countries all over the world. Therefore we can not determine exactly when parts of  your shipment will arrive. Some shipments may take up to 21 days and with and added 3 days for handling. ** Please be mindful of the shipping time if you need your shipment by a certain date for Holidays, Birthdays or Special Events.

As a consolation for the inconvenience of possible delays in receiving your merchandise, all of our orders ship for a Flat fee of Only $5.00 (US dollars) if the subtotal purchase is less than $100 (US Dollars).  If the subtotal purchase is $100.00 or more than it ships for FREE (exclusions may apply for muliple orders of large bulky items such as Strollers, Some Pet Carriers and Pet Play Stations and Pet Play Pens etc. These certain large bulky items may ship at our discretion for an additional Flat Fee of ONLY $10.00) is currently unable to ship orders to AK or HI, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Additionally, is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.


All returns must be authorized by Support prior to returning. allows returns for most merchandise within 30 days of the date delivered according to tracking information. If no tracking number was assigned to the shipment, the policy allows 35 days from the date the item was shipped. Merchandise eligible for a return must be unused and in its original packaging.'s Return Policy covers the following types of return situations:

1. Return for Credit - Eligible merchandise is returned for store credit from Some returns may qualify for a credit back to the original payment method at’s sole discretion.

2. Exchanges - Eligible merchandise is exchanged for a different variation (i.e. customer desires different size or color). **Please make certain to see our size charts and measure before ordering so you are less likely to have a return resulting from a wrong size purchase.

3. Replacements - Eligible merchandise is returned and replaced with the same exact merchandise (i.e. the item was received damaged, defective or incorrect).


Any return for a refund/store credit may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You will be provided with an RMA and all necessary return instructions, if approved. will provide (if applicable) a pre-paid shipping label to return merchandise. In the rare case that is unable to provide a return shipping label, will reimburse the cost of return shipping (excluding box or packaging material) in the form of Store Credit.

Credits for returns will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of your return.

Products returned without all necessary documentation may be denied at’s discretion.

Product Condition

Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory-packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.). The merchandise must be in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, bar code, and serial number intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.

Removal or alteration of a product's UPC number or serial number label will automatically void any possibility of return. Products that are returned with a missing or altered UPC or serial number will be returned to the sender. The product serial number must match the serial number in our records.

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the customer's responsibility. Please save all tracking information and receipts for returned merchandise.

Buyer's Remorse

Buyer’s Remorse refers to any return that is not a result of damage, defect or error. customers assume responsibility for all return costs in the event of returns due to buyer's remorse. Credit will be applied upon receipt to the user's account in the form of store credit and in the amount of the original transaction cost less the following: 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost (if applicable).


An item returned as defective and is deemed “defective” by our returns department is eligible for a refund/replacement with the standard 30 day return period.

Damaged in Shipping

All packages are inspected for damage before they ship. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately. must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 1 business day of the date of receipt.

Unavailable Replacements/Exchanges

In the rare event is unable to fulfill an order, a full refund of the transaction price will be issued.

Limitations on Returns

Items are not eligible for a return after 30 days of delivery date. will not investigate issues initiated after 45 days of the delivery date. Some products may not be returned. Refer to the item’s auction/detail page to verify if a return is not allowed.

Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. The following items may not be returned: is not responsible for any stolen or lost merchandise once it has been received by the customer.
